Inspired​ ​by​ ​the​ ​basalt​ ​stone​ ​columns​ ​located​ ​in​ ​southern​ ​Iceland,​ ​this​ ​planter​ ​features​ ​a​ ​stone-like​ ​texture​ ​that​ ​captures​ ​the​ ​natural​ ​beauty​ ​of​ ​Reynisfjara​ ​beach.​ ​

This​ ​planter​ ​also​ ​features​ ​a​ ​two-part​ ​system,​ ​including​ ​a​ ​removable​ ​pot​ ​with​ ​drainage​ ​holes​ ​and​ ​a​ ​base​ ​with​ ​a​ ​built-in​ ​water​ ​drainage​ ​reservoir.​ ​Thanks​ ​to​ ​the​ ​ample​ ​drainage,​ ​this​ ​planter​ ​is​ ​suitable​ ​for​ ​any​ ​small​ ​succulent,​ ​cactus,​ ​or​ ​other​ ​houseplant.

The​ ​planter​ ​is​ ​custom​ ​designed​ ​and​ ​3D​ ​printed​ ​using​ ​a​ ​corn-based​ ​PLA​ ​plastic.​ ​This​ ​technology​ ​allows​ ​for​ ​a​ ​lightweight​ ​yet​ ​durable​ ​finished​ ​product​ ​that​ ​features​ ​intricate​ ​design​ ​features​ ​that​ ​would​ ​typically​ ​cost​ ​much​ ​more​ ​through​ ​traditional​ ​production​ ​methods.​ ​PLA​ ​plastic​ ​is​ ​plant​ ​safe​ ​and​ ​environmentally​ ​friendly!
